About Mila Davis, DDS
Dr. Mila Davis is a native of New York
City. She graduated Cum Laude from Princeton University where
she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree. She received her Doctorate
in Dental Surgery (DDS) from Columbia University School of Dentistry
in New York; then continued further specialty training at New
York Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia University, receiving Certification
in Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Davis currently teaches at Baylor
College of Dentistry and also has hospital privileges at Children's
Medical Center
- Plano at the Legacy campus.
Dr. Davis Co-Chairs North Texas Give Kids a Smile Program!
Dr. Davis is excited to co-chair the North Texas Give Kids a Smile program On February 11th (at Collin College) and 25th (at TWU) members of the dental community (dentists, hygienists, and students) will volunteer their time to screen underserved children 5-12 years of age for dental decay. Children who need dental care will be referred to local dentists who agree to help children who would not otherwise have access to care.

More About Dr. Davis
After rigorous clinical and written examinations, Dr. Mila was
awarded a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Her faculty positions have included Assistant Professor of Clinical
Dentistry at Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery
and Assistant Professor of Clinical Dentistry at Baylor College
of Dentistry in Dallas.
Dr. Mila was in private practice in Dallas before opening Healthy
Smiles Children's Dentistry. She advances her knowledge through
extensive Continuing Dental Education courses exceeding basic requirements
hours.
She is also certified in Basic Life Support and Pediatric Advanced
Life Support, is proficient in Spanish and a member of the American
Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Greater
Dallas Pediatric Dental Association and the Pediatric Society of
Greater Dallas.
Dr. Mila loves spending time with her family, enjoys cooking,
traveling and, when time allows, a good game of tennis.
